Hominy Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. canned tomatoes
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 tsp. chili powder
    2 cans Bush's Best white hominy, drained
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/4 lb. grated Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Brown meat; drain.
    Then add flour, tomatoes and seasonings. Simmer.
    Brown onion and hominy in hot fat; add to meat mixture. Place in greased casserole; sprinkle with cheese and bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 8.
