Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. Wesson oil
1 stick oleo
2 c. sugar
3 whole eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
3 c. self-rising flour
1 c. walnuts
3 c. diced raw apples
Preparation

Mix oleo, oil, sugar.
Add eggs and vanilla.
Beat well.
Sift flour and cinnamon.
Beat well.
Mix into mixture.
Add nuts and apples.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour in Bundt pan.
