Shrimp Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 stalks celery, chopped
    1 large onion, chopped
    3 cloves garlic, crushed
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. thyme
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    dash of hot pepper sauce
    3 bay leaves, crushed
    2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
    6 (6 oz.) cans water
    3 lb. shelled shrimp
Preparation
    Saute celery, onion, green pepper, garlic and parsley.
    Add flour, tomato paste, water, thyme, salt, pepper, bay leaves and hot pepper sauce.
    Cook for 1 hour at low heat.
    Add shrimp and cook until done.
    Serve over rice.
