Brunch Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot bulk pork sausage
    1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    6 eggs, beaten slightly
    6 slices bread, cubed
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    2 c. milk
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
Preparation
    Saute onion and bell pepper until tender. Mix with remaining ingredients and pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan overnight. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
