Ingredients

1 prepared pie crust
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. butter (not margarine)
3 oz. unsweetened chocolate, melted and cooled
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs, beaten well
Preparation

In a small mixer bowl, cream the sugar and butter (not margarine) about 4 minutes or until light.
Blend in cooled chocolate and vanilla.
Add eggs, beating on medium speed of mixer about 5 minutes.
Scrape sides of bowl constantly.
Turn into baked pastry shell. Cover and chill overnight.
