Wedding Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1/4 c. powdered sugar plus 1 c. additional sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. water
    2 c. sifted flour
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Add vanilla and water.
    Add flour, a little at a time.
    Add nuts and form into balls about 1 inch in diameter.
    Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake about 20 minutes at 300\u00b0.
    Roll in additional powdered sugar while warm.
