Clam Puffs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 Tbsp. sour cream
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 (7 oz.) can minced clams, drained
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. grated onion
30 toast rounds
Preparation
-
Blend cheese and sour cream; mix with clams, Worcestershire sauce, salt and onion.
Spread on toast rounds.
Put under broiler and brown.
Dust tops with paprika.
Mixture may be made 2 days in advance.
