Chimichangas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger, cooked and crumbled
    1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
    1 small can plain refried beans
    1 pkg. large flour tortillas
Preparation
    Combine cooked meat with taco seasoning as directed on package. Add refried beans to meat mixture.
    Put 1/2 cup meat on tortilla and fold securely. Fry in hot canola oil for 2 to 3 minutes or until brown and crisp. Serve on a bed of shredded lettuce. Cover with shredded Cheddar cheese, chopped olives, chopped onions, sour cream and black olives.
    End with chunky salsa.
