Shrimp Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. bacon drippings
    2 medium onions
    1 chopped bell pepper
    1/2 c. minced celery
    1 large can tomatoes
    2 Tbsp. flour, blended with 2 Tbsp. water
    3 Tbsp. ketchup
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 clove garlic
    3 c. raw shrimp
Preparation
    Saute onion, bell pepper and celery in bacon drippings until tender.
    Add tomatoes, sugar, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce and flour-water mixture.
    Stir until smooth and slightly thick.
    Add shrimp and seasonings.
    Cook 10 minutes more.
    Serve over rice.
