Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1 3/4 c. shortening
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Blend shortening with first 3 ingredients.
    Mix all ingredients and work dough on floured board.
    Makes 4 crusts.
