Impossible Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can pumpkin
1/4 c. brown sugar
5 Tbsp. flour
1 can evaporated skim milk
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 pkg. Sweet 'N Low
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Mix all in a blender. Pour into 9-inch pie pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes until done.
