Chicken And Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 hen, season to your taste and boiled
    1 c. flour (plain)
    3 eggs
Preparation
    Boil hen until tender; set aside. Mix 1 cup flour with 1 egg to a dough consistency. Knead well. Roll very thin and cut into strips. Cut chicken into chunks or pieces. As the broth boils cut and
    add strips of dough. Do not stir. Keep separated with fork. Add the remaining two eggs after boiling by chipping small into the mixture to add color. This makes a generous portion. If you see that more dough is needed, mix another eggs and flour and use the same procedure.
