Chattanooga, Tennessee Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. apples, sliced thin and small
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
2 eggs
3 c. plain flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. raisins
Preparation

Let apples and sugar stand for 15 or 20 minutes.
Beat oil and eggs well.
Add to apples and blend.
Mix all ingredients well. Put into a greased and floured Bundt pan or a 9 x 12-inch pan. Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
Check center with a toothpick.
