Grilled Spareribs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 lb. spareribs, cut in serving pieces
1 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
1/2 c. chili sauce
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 cloves garlic, crushed
dash of pepper
1/4 c. dark rum
1/2 c. catsup
1/4 c. soy sauce
Preparation

Wrap ribs in double thickness of foil.
Bake for 1 1/2 hours in a 350\u00b0 oven.
Unwrap and drain.
Combine remaining ingredients and pour over ribs.
Marinate at room temperature for 1 hour, or refrigerate 2 hours.
Lay ribs on grill for 30 minutes, 4 inches above coals.
Turn often and baste with sauce.
