Spinach-Cheese Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless chicken
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach
    sliced cheese (American, Monterey Jack or sharp)
    1 bouillon cube
    salt and pepper
    garlic powder
Preparation
    Boil chicken in water with bouillon.
    Cook spinach according to package.
    Place chicken in baking pan. Cut to lay flat.
    Scoop spinach on top of chicken.
    Season with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
    Top with a slice of your favorite cheese.
    Broil until cheese melts.
