Lemon Knot Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    6 Tbsp. sugar
    6 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    6 eggs
    6 tsp. oil
    1 tsp. lemon extract
Preparation
    In large bowl, mix all ingredients together and knead.
    Place on floured board.
    Do not overknead.
    Cut off piece and roll like rope.
    Make a knot in dough.
    Bake on an ungreased sheet for 10 to 12 minutes at 400\u00b0.
