Ratatouille - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 tomatoes, cut in wedges
1/2 tsp. thyme
1 onion, sliced
1 green pepper, cut in strips
2 c. eggplant, peeled, sliced and cut in strips
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 c. zucchini, sliced and cut in strips
black pepper to taste
1 bay leaf
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
Preparation

Sprinkle tomatoes with thyme.
Let stand. Saute remaining vegetables and garlic until barely tender. Add bay leaf.
Pour into nonstick casserole. Arrange tomato wedges on top.
Sprinkle with cheese and black pepper. Bake at 350\u00b0, covered, 30 minutes. Remove bay leaf before serving. Serves 8. Contains 48 calories per serving and 1 gram fat.
