Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. margarine
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
3 large ripe bananas, mashed
3/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
2 c. flour
3/4 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Cream margarine and sugar well.
Beat eggs and add to first mixture.
Add bananas, milk and vanilla.
Add dry ingredients and mix well.
Pour into 2 medium size loaf pans.
Be sure to grease pans well.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
