Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large chopped onion
    1 large bell pepper
    1 small jar pimento
    1 oleo
    2 large cans cream-style corn
    1 tsp. each: sugar, salt and pepper
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 c. Minute rice
    1 1/2 c. grated cheese
    paprika
Preparation
    In a pot, cook onion and bell pepper in oleo.
    Cut fire off. Add all other ingredients.
    Mix well and pour in buttered dish. Put grated cheese and paprika on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 or 35 minutes.
