Sourdough Starter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1/2 c. warm water
    2 c. warm water
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup warm water.
    Put into large glass jar.
    Add flour, sugar and remaining water.
    Mix well.
    Loosely cover.
    Let stand in warm place for 3 to 5 days.
    Feed every 7 days with 1/4 cup sugar, 1 cup milk, 1 cup flour.
    Do not use until 24 hours after feeding or else before you feed it.
    Always keep at least 1 cup to feed so it will stay live.
