Fluffy Lemon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar less 1 Tbsp.
    juice of 1 lemon
    3 egg yolks
    3 egg whites
    1 baked pie crust
    grated peel of 1 lemon
Preparation
    Beat sugar, juice, egg yolks and lemon peel together.
    Cook in double boiler until thick.
    Cool.
    Beat egg whites and fold into mixture.
    Put into pie crust and bake at 350\u00b0 until slightly brown.
    Serve with whipped cream on top.
