Ingredients

1 cooked pie crust
1 to 1 1/2 pints fresh strawberries
1 pkg. sugar free strawberry Jell-O
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
7 1/2 tsp. Equal
1 1/2 c. water
1 large container fat free cool whip
Preparation

Mix Jell-O, cornstarch, Equal, and water in a small saucepan. Cook over low heat until clear and thick. Let cool. Place strawberries in pie shell and pour mixture over berries. Let chill in refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Serve with cool whip on top.
