Veg-All Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. uncooked noodles
    1 onion, finely chopped
    2 Tbsp. oleo
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    1 c. canned tomatoes
    1 can Veg-All vegetables
Preparation
    Cook noodles until tender in 1 1/2-quarts boiling water to which 1 1/2 teaspoons salt have been added.
    Lightly brown onion in oleo.
    Add ground beef and cook slowly until brown.
    Blend in flour; add cooked noodles.
    Add Veg-All, including liquid, tomatoes, salt and pepper. Pour into a greased baking dish.
    Bake 20 to 30 minutes.
    May top with cheese.
