Mamaw'S Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. butter (room temperature)
    2 to 3 very ripe bananas, crushed
    2 eggs
    2 c. self-rising flour
    3/4 c. milk
    3/4 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Add eggs, crushed bananas and milk; mix well.
    Add flour and nuts and stir well.
    Pour into a greased loaf pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Allow to cool in pan 10 minutes, then place bread on cooling rack.
    This is wonderful eaten warm and with cream cheese.
    Makes 2 loaves.
    Could also be made into muffins, baking 10 to 15 minutes.
