Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) can red salmon, flaked
    1 c. milk, scalded
    1 1/2 ___ or more bread crumbs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    3 beaten eggs
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. oil or melted margarine
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. mustard (optional)
    1 onion (optional)
Preparation
    Save juice from flaked salmon to go with the cup of milk.
    Mix all together.
    Put in a loaf pan.
    Set pan in another larger pan of water to bake.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
