Grilled Sea Scallops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. lime juice
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 clove garlic
    1/2 tsp. cumin
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    pinch of cayenne pepper
    1 lb. sea scallops
    2 c. cherry tomatoes
    1 lime, cut into squares
Preparation
    Whisk lime juice, oil, garlic, cumin, chili powder, salt and cayenne.
    Skewer scallops and tomatoes. Drip on marinade.
    Place in refrigerator and baste after 30 minutes. Grill over charcoal. Baste with marinade occasionally. Don't turn skewers.
    Serve after 5 to 7 minutes with lime.
