Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash browns (shredded patty), thawed and torn apart
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 pt. sour cream
    10 oz. Colby cheese, grated
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Combine ingredients.
    Place in a greased casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
    Serves 8.
