Mexican "Fried" Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    oil
    2 flour tortillas
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 cup Corn Flake crumbs
    2 large firm scoops of vanilla ice cream
    1 cup whipped cream
    Maraschino Cherry
    Optional toppings: Honey, chocolate syrup, strawberry
Preparation
    Fry tortilla, sprinkle with some of the cinnamon/sugar mixture. Put the remainder of the cinnamon/sugar mixture into the cornflake crumbs. Roll the scoops of ice cream in the corn flake mixture. Put some whipped cream in the middle of the tortilla, set the ice cream in the middle of the tortilla, and garnish with whipped cream, (optional toppings) and a cherry.
