Savory Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. rolled oats
    1/4 c. milk
    1 small onion
    2 stalks celery (use leaves also)
    1/2 green pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    2/3 c. catsup
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Soften oats in milk.
    Dice onion, green pepper and celery. In a large bowl, add vegetables and oats to ground beef.
    Add salt and pepper; mix well.
    Shape mixture into a loaf to fit a 2 x 8 x 8-inch lightly greased baking pan.
    Mix catsup and water; spoon over the meat.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Serve hot or slice to be filling for sandwiches.
