Good Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 egg
1/2 c. Crisco
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. boiling water
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. cocoa

Preparation

Pour ingredients into mixing bowl in order given and mix well. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
Makes 1 (8 or 9-inch ) cake.
