Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. diced onion
    3 c. cubed potato
    1 grated carrot
    3 c. water
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. farina
    3 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. parsley, minced
    1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Melt butter and brown onion.
    Add potatoes, carrot, water, salt and pepper.
    Bring to a boil and add farina.
    Cook on low for 20 minutes.
    Stir in milk and parsley and bring to a boil. Garnish with sour cream.
