Potato Skins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 baked potatoes, halved and scooped
    5 slices fried bacon, crumbled
    1 c. grated cheese (Brick or Cheddar)
    2 Tbsp. bacon fat
    1 chopped small onion
    1 chopped green pepper
    12 large sliced mushrooms
Preparation
    Fry in bacon fat onion, green pepper and mushrooms.
    Fill potatoes with onion and mushroom mixture and top with bacon and cheese.
    Warm in oven, if needed.
    Very delicious!
