Salami - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. hamburger or venison burger
    2 1/2 tsp. cracked pepper corn
    2 1/2 tsp. mustard seed
    4 tsp. garlic salt
    5 tsp. Morton tender quick salt
    2 tsp. Hickory liquid smoke
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients. Mix well.
    Refrigerate 24 hours.
    Mix well again and refrigerate 24 hours.
    Make short rolls and place in broiler pan and bake 5 hours at 200\u00b0.
