Firehouse Jambalaya - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 oz. seasoned Italian sausage or 12 oz. Polish sausage
2 Tbsp. butter
1 lb. boned chicken breast, cut into pieces
1 can stewed tomatoes (14 oz.)
1/2 c. water
1 small onion, chopped
1 small green pepper, chopped
1 stalk celery, diced
1 1/2 c. rice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Tabasco
Preparation

Stir and cook chicken in skillet until lightly browned.
Add green pepper, onion, celery and sausage.
Cook until vegetables are just starting to become tender.
Stir in tomatoes and water, bringing to a full boil.
Slowly stir in Tabasco sauce, rice and salt.
Cover.
Remove from heat; let stand for 10 minutes.
