Beef Burgundy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean stewing beef, remove fat
    1 pkg. dry Lipton onion soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup, do not add water
    1/2 c. or more Burgundy wine
    1 1/2 c. whole fresh mushrooms
Preparation
    Mix all of the ingredients (except the mushrooms) in a Corning Ware dish. Cover and bake at 325\u00b0 for 3 hours.
    After 2 hours, add the whole mushrooms and bake for the additional hour.
