Meatballs In Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1 (6 oz.) tomato paste
    1 Tbsp. fresh chopped parsley
    Italian sausage (optional)
    1 c. minced onions
    1 (35 oz.) can Italian tomatoes
    1/4 tsp. each: oregano, salt, pepper and sugar
Preparation
    Cook onion and garlic over medium heat in olive oil until tender.
    Stir in tomatoes, paste, parsley, seasonings and sugar; simmer gently about 3 hours, adding meatballs and sausage (if desired) during the last
    hour.
    Serve over spaghetti.
    This recipe serves 6.
