Helado De Mango(Mango Sherbet) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. sugar
    dash of salt
    2 mangos, peeled and sliced
    1/2 c. light cream
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    2 egg whites
    1/4 c. sugar
Preparation
    In a saucepan, combine water, 1/2 cup sugar and salt.
    Cook for 5 minutes; cool.
    In blender container, combine mangos and cream.
    Cover; blend until smooth.
    Stir in cooled syrup and lemon juice.
    Freeze in one 6-cup or two 3-cup freezer trays until partially frozen.
