Lemonade Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon gelatin
3/4 c. boiling water
1 1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs
2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. grated lemon peel
1 Tbsp. lemon extract
1 (6 oz.) can frozen lemonade
3/4 c. powdered sugar
Preparation

Preheat
oven
to
350\u00b0.
Dissolve
gelatin
in boiling water and set aside to cool.
Mix together sugar and oil.
Add eggs, one
at
a\ttime, beating well after each addition.
In separate bowl mix together flour, baking powder and salt.
Add flour mixture alternately with gelatin mixture to egg mixture, beginning and
ending
with dry ingredients.

batter
into\tgreased and floured 10-inch tube pan.
Bake 1 hour without opening door.
