Easy No Fail Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising flour
    pinch of salt
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 to 1 1/2 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Combine flour and salt.
    Pour buttermilk and oil into flour mixture; stir until you can handle it.
    Pour out dough onto a floured surface.
    Knead a few times.
    Roll out, cut and put in greased pan.
    Turn each biscuit so both sides are covered with oil.
    Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until done.
