Spaghetti Omelette - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked spaghetti, rinsed and cooled
    1 egg
    1/4 c. Mozzarella, grated
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    spaghetti sauce (optional)
Preparation
    Mix spaghetti with egg.
    Heat frying pan with oil and press 1/2 the spaghetti into it.
    Add the grated cheese and top with remaining spaghetti.
    Cook until golden on the bottom and flip. Continue to cook until golden.
    Cut with pizza cutter.
    Serve with warm spaghetti sauce, if desired.
    It's good without the sauce.
