Ingredients

6 large eggs, lightly beaten
1 qt. whole milk
4 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 c. flour
1/4 lb. butter or margarine, melted
Preparation

Blend eggs and milk.
Add dry ingredients and combine quickly. The mixture will be lumpy.
Pour into buttered oblong glass dish, 9 x 13-inch.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
This is done when you can insert a knife and it comes out clean.
Let sit for a few minutes.
Cut into squares, topping with fresh fruit and syrup.
Serves 8.
