Apple Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 medium apples
1/4 c. granulated sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. flour
1 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. margarine
1 c. oats
Preparation

Peel, core and slice apples.
Place into a 13 x 9-inch baking dish in a single layer and sprinkle with lemon juice and granulated sugar.
In a separate bowl, combine flour and brown sugar.
Cut in margarine until it resembles coarse crumbs.
Stir in oats.
Sprinkle oat topping over apples, patting down slightly. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until bubbly and browned. Makes 8 servings.
Best if served warm.
