Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. hash brown potatoes
1 can cream of celery soup
2 c. shredded cheese
8 oz. sour cream
1 onion, chopped
Ritz crackers
1/2 stick butter
salt and pepper
Preparation

Butter bottom of pan.
Sprinkle potatoes evenly in bottom of pan; sprinkle cheese over potatoes.
Mix soup with sour cream and spread over cheese.
Sprinkle on onion.
Crush crackers and sprinkle over casserole.
Melt butter and drizzle over crackers. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
