Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground turkey or beef
    1 (40 oz.) can kidney beans
    1 (28 oz.) can whole tomatoes (I prefer the pre-crushed tomatoes)
    2 or more garlic cloves, minced
    1 small onion, diced
    1 Tbsp. chili powder and sugar
Preparation
    Note:
    Powdered onion and garlic may be substituted if necessary.
