Ingredients

3 sticks margarine
3 c. sugar
6 eggs
3 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. evaporated milk
1 c. flaked coconut
Preparation

Combine margarine.
Add sugar, a small amount at a time. Cream well.
Add eggs, one at a time; beat well.
Sift flour with salt.
Add sugar mixture alternately with milk, beginning and ending with flour.
Stir in coconut and vanilla.
