Helen Allen'S Wild Rice Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. hamburger
    1 lb. mushrooms
    2 c. chopped celery
    1 large chopped onion
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 can water
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. wild rice
    1/2 c. white rice
    1/2 c. sherry
    pepper
Preparation
    Soak wild rice for 2 hours.
    Brown meat, onion and celery. Saute mushrooms.
    Add sherry; mix all ingredients in bowl.
    Bake 2 hours at 350\u00b0 (1 1/2 hours in 2 small dishes).
    Half recipe makes two (1-quart) dishes.
