Sugar Snaps And Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 lb. fresh Sugar Snap peas, trimmed
    1/2 c. finely chopped sweet red pepper
    1/2 c. finely chopped sweet yellow pepper
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cook garlic in olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat, stirring constantly, 1 to 2 minutes.
    Add peas and sweet peppers.
    Cook, stirring constantly, for 5 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Yields 4 to 6 servings.
