Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. butter
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs, well beaten
1/2 c. cocoa
2 c. cake flour
1 c. nut meats

Preparation

Cream butter and sugar thoroughly.
Add vanilla and eggs.
Add combined cocoa and flour; beat well.
Add nut meats.
Bake in buttered 9 x 13-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
Cool; cut into squares before removing from pan.
May be frosted.
