Cheddary Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
1 can broccoli cheese soup
1/8 tsp. pepper
3 1/2 c. cooked and diced potatoes
6 slices American cheese
2 c. buttered fresh bread crumbs
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 c. milk
Preparation

Cook onion in butter until tender. Stir in soup and 1/2 cup milk; heat to boiling.
Put potatoes in an 8-inch square baking dish and pour soup mixture over the potatoes.
Cover with slices of American cheese and buttered bread crumbs. Bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese is melted and crumbs are lightly browned.
