Zucchini Appetizer - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. chopped zucchini
1/2 medium onion, chopped
1 handful dried parsley
1 large clove garlic, chopped
1/3 to 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
salt and pepper
1 c. Bisquick mix
1/2 c. cooking oil
4 eggs, beaten
Preparation

In large bowl, mix thoroughly.
Pour into a 9 x 13-inch lightly oiled pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes, or until set and lightly browned.
Cool; cut into squares.
May be frozen.
